Shipping Policy
FREE GROUND SHIPPING for all U.S. orders $200 and up.
If the item you ordered is currently in stock and is ordered on a business day, it will be available to ship within 24-48 hours of your purchase. In the event that the color or size that you ordered is out of stock and we are not able to deliver by the desired wear date, you will be notified by a NewYorkProm staff member.
The day that you receive your order will depend on the shipping method that you choose during checkout as well as the item destination. Ground shipping is three to five business days. We ship items as soon as possible, however, sometimes Overnight or 2nd Day shipping does not guarantee that the item will arrive at that time. We ship items as soon as possible using your selected shipping method. We will be in contact with you concerning the status of the item.
NewYorkProm.com also accepts international orders. If you have trouble placing your order, please don't hesitate to email us. Please use pay-pal or American Express as a method of payment. Using a Visa or Master card will delay the address verification process of your order for up to a week.
Note that non-U.S. countries may require an import tax when you order one of our products. It is your responsibility to be familiar with your countries tax requirements and be prepared to pay them.
